Exploration & Development of Gold Deposit Projects

Sage Gold Inc. (SGX:TSXV) is a Canadian exploration and development company with advanced projects in the province of Ontario.  The Company is a near-term gold producer in a globally re-known mining region.

Their flagship asset is Clavos gold deposit located in the prolific Timmins Mining Camp. This is one of the best locations worldwide and has historically produced over 100 million onces of Gold. Additionally, they’re neighbors with the well-known Canadian producer, Primero Mining and are in proximity to other producers, such as Goldcorp and Kirkland Lake. The Clavos deposit is fully permitted and the previous owners spent $50 million on underground and surface infrastructure. According to Nigel Lees, President and CEO of Sage Gold, they have been approached recently by potential financiers with the purpose of putting Clavos back into production. Secondly, Sage Gold’s Onaman Property is a polymetallic deposit of copper, gold, and silver, with some very attractive characteristics that suggest tremendous geological potential.

Acquiring and Developing
Gold Projects

The Clavos gold deposit is one of the few gold deposits in Canada which is permitted and is situated in one of the most prolific and active gold camps in Canada. The improved investment environment for precious metal companies and the relatively low capital costs required to place Clavos into production has greatly facilitated the Company’s ability to move the project ahead.

The Onaman Project Area, the MacDonald Lake block and the Hopkins patents consists of 2008 hectares. Access to the area is via secondary roads from Beardmore, Ontario, some 75 km to the southwest of the project area.
