Relevium is pleased to announce that it has executed an Exclusive Supply Agreement of its patented magnetic technology with Back-A-Line Inc., a California-based leader in back pain solutions. Relevium will provide its latest patented magnetic field technology for insertion in the company’s Dynamic Back Support system, which combined, will help improve healing and pain management for back related injuries. Back-A-Line sells its Dynamic Back Support across many industries, including air transport, food and grocery, health care, trucking, and manufacturing as well as public sector unions and the US Army.

Dealnet Capital Corp. (DLS:tsxv), is pleased to provide an update to inform shareholders and the market on its recent activities including those related to the acquisition of EcoHome Financial (“EcoHome”) which was completed on February 18, 2016.
Integration and Growth of Consumer Finance Business
The Company is pleased to announce that the integration of EcoHome into Dealnet’s existing consumer finance business is progressing well. Our collective sales team is focused on growing originations in the HVAC and home improvement sector. The physical operations of EcoHome have now moved to the offices of Dealnet’s consumer finance business. The Company also continues to invest in innovative technology around its mobile lending platform to enhance the consumer and dealer experience.
Dealnet’s consolidated loan portfolio as of the end of February 2016 now stands at approximately $80 million and the Company continues to originate a significant volume of high quality leases and loans weekly.
Dealer Additions
The Company continues to attract high quality dealers and has dozens in various stages of on-boarding. Earlier in March, the Company signed a five-year exclusivity agreement with a large HVAC dealer in Ontario who is incented to originate in excess of $15 million per year over the term of the agreement. The Company is also in discussions with a number of strategic partners, including industry associations and equipment manufacturers that have the potential to drive significant originations of finance products. The Company expects to close additional large volume wins throughout 2016.
Underwriting Capacity
As part of the EcoHome acquisition, existing EcoHome facilities were migrated with the transaction providing EcoHome and Dealnet with an attractive cost of capital, reducing Dealnet’s overall cost of underwriting. The Company is currently in advanced discussions with a number of additional lenders and is negotiating underwriting capacity to support the expected growth in our consumer finance business. The Company expects to bring these additional facilities online over the coming months and will provide further updates in due course.
Filing of Business Acquisition Report
The Company also announces that it has filed its Business Acquisition Report related to the EcoHome acquisition which is available on SEDAR.

International Wastewater Systems Inc. (“IWS” or the “Company”) (CSE:IWS)(FRANKFURT:IWI) announces that it has entered into an agreement with an arm’s length private lender to loan the Company an aggregate of CDN$400,000 (the “Loan”).
The Loan is secured against the assets of the Company, bears interest at a rate of 2{92d3d6fd85a76c012ea375328005e518e768e12ace6b1722b71965c2a02ea7ce} per month and carries a commitment fee equal to 4{92d3d6fd85a76c012ea375328005e518e768e12ace6b1722b71965c2a02ea7ce} of the Loan. The Loan matures and becomes payable in 3 months and may be prepaid by the Company at any time prior to the maturity date. In consideration for the Loan, the Company will issue an aggregate of 500,000 share purchase warrants (“Warrants”) exercisable into 500,000 common shares at a price of $0.28 per common share. The Warrants are exercisable for three years and are subject to an acceleration clause in the event that the shares of the Company trade at a price of $0.56 or greater for a period of 20 consecutive days with an average daily trading volume of a minimum 100,000 shares during the same 20-day period.
The proceeds of the Loan provide IWS with additional working capital flexibility. The Company is experiencing rapid growth with current projects at various stages of development in Scotland, Canada the US and Australia.

International Wastewater Systems Inc. (“IWS” or the “Company”) (IWS:CSE)(FRANKFURT:IWI) is pleased to announce its inaugural project in Australasia, a SHARC wastewater heat recovery system (“SHARC”) to be installed at a facility operated by the Australian Wool Testing Authority (“AWTA”) in Melbourne.
AWTA is the largest wool testing organization in the world and utilizes significant amounts of hot water at its testing facilities. Once testing is complete, thousands of liters of hot water are diverted to cooling tanks before being sent to the sewer system.
The SHARC will intercept the water being discarded from AWTA tests, capture the heat and then transfer the heat back into the boiler system. This will offset a significant amount of natural gas currently being used by ATWA’s boilers. The SHARC system at the ATWA facility is expected to produce approximately 680 kW/h of heat, reducing ATWA’s energy costs by up to 80{92d3d6fd85a76c012ea375328005e518e768e12ace6b1722b71965c2a02ea7ce} for the same application and reducing carbon emissions by approximately 600,000 kilograms annually.
The SHARC installation for ATWA is being led by Environmental Technology Solutions of Australia, a leading provider of energy efficiency and sustainability solutions with offices in Canberra and Melbourne. The SHARC is expected to be installed during the second quarter of 2016 with a value of approximately CDN $300,000.
This will be the third installation of IWS technology at an industrial facility following installations at the Sechelt Water Resource Centre in Canada and the Camden County Wastewater Treatment Plant in the United States.

There is an unparalleled international consensus of the need for strategies to reduce the carbon footprint in developed and developing nations. We all agree that the future of the planet is at stake. IWS has developed technology that addresses a hidden source of lost energy and turns it into a way to reduce the use of fossil fuels for heating and cooling. In many of our homes and buildings, large quantities of heat in water from showers and cleaning is discarded. Typically, water enters a building at 7-9 degrees Celsius and leaves, into the sewer system, at 20-25 degrees Celsius. The energy from this water is discarded as it dissipates.
The IWS solution captures the wastewater at its point of exit and removes solids. It then extracts the heat from the waste water in a closed system allowing the energy to be recycled. When captured, this energy is transferred to clean water with no risk of cross-contamination and then the energy is reused to heat or cool the building.
Capturing wasted heat is more cost efficient than installing new methods of energy generation. Depending on the scope of the installation, the payback from recycling wasted energy averages 3-5 years making it more attractive than new installations of solar or wind energy.

This integration will enable Tangent’s network to become EMV compliant. All banks and all retail payment terminals in the Philippines are required to be EMV complaint.
