Cannara Biotech is currently building Quebec's largest indoor cannabis facility (625,000 sqft). It is located in Farnham, QC 45 minutes away from Montreal. Cannara's facility (once completed) will produce high-grade hydroponically grown indoor cannabis and cannabis-infused products for the Canadian and international markets.
Highlights:
- Excellent location, giving them access to the country's cheapest power; a low-cost workforce and second highest demand of all the provinces
- Fully Funded, with $55m CAD raised in 2018. Currently has over $40m with rental revenue of ~$2m CAD annually.
- Expects to produce 15,000 to 20, 000 kg in the first year, with capacity for over 100,000 kg when fully built.
- Currently creating a on-line e-commerce platform called shopCBD that will cater to the US CBD market ("Amazon of CBD")
- Signed an agreement with FV Pharma a subsidiary of FSD Pharma (CSE: HUGE) in order to promote further innovation and to develop new scientific development in the cannabis space. They currently own over 10% of Cannara's shares
- Other Assets include: 7 different brands (Nativa, Cannabar, Liquid CBD, Earth Magic, Pet Leaf, Gummyz & Floragel), 19 provisional patents, 40+domain names and trademarks registered
